The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science offers a number of options for students to take courses. These include Traditional Courses, Hybrid Courses, and Online Courses. Detailed information about Online Courses offerings can be found here.
- Traditional Courses are fully taught in a face-to-face classroom environment. Most of these courses are supplemented by online materials and resources.
- Online Courses are taught completely online with the exception of proctored testing. Approximately once per month, students must come to the Macon campus for in-class testing.
- Hybrid Courses are a combination of Online Courses and Traditional Courses. There is some expectation that students study the online materials but these are supplemented by in-class days which generally involve review, question-answer sessions, and testing.
